Jennifer Doolittle Young played for the ENMU softball team in 1997 and 1998. At the time of her induction she still held team records for batting average (.470 in 1998), hits (78 in 1998), RBIs (72 in 1998), doubles (16 in 1998), triples (8 in 1998), homeruns (7 in 1997), walks (20 in 1998) and stolen bases (13 in 1997). Doolittle Young was ENMU’s first softball All-American and earned All-Region at first base and pitcher. She also was Lone Star Conference Player of the Year in 1998.
