Kevin Kaplan, an ENMU graduate and president of Promotion Dynamics International provided numerous opportunities in Portales and Clovis for residents to work together on positive projects. He promoted a Homecoming game in an unprecedented way in order to sell out the event. Kaplan managed several other successful sell-out campaigns such as Tulane University, University of Houston, UNLV, the inaugural Western Athletic Conference Football Championship and the ENMU Homecoming sellout ’98 at Greyhound Stadium
